Charting all 10 systems is free, with no login. Pain, Fall Mobility, Skin Risk, and Wound stay on the free chart. Teach on the chart fields that have it — How to assess, Definitions, Anatomy, Research, and Intervene — is a one-time $29 Unlock. There is no subscription.
Open Better Charting once while you're online, or install it to your phone or laptop. After that, the free chart works in airplane mode. If you have the $29 Unlock, the full teaching works offline too. For patient safety, your practice chart stays on your device and is wiped automatically at the end of the clinical day, or right away if your device reconnects to the internet during clinicals.
After you complete the purchase on Gumroad, teaching boxes will open on every assessment field on your assessment.
